He was nothing short of an air head and still is.
He totally disrespected our club in the media after just signing or agreeing a contract with us.
I don't care if he has the on field qualities of all the IMMORTALS put together...
HE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE AT OUR CLUB !

"It's understood".... he isn't starting legal action. Fafita blew his load early and told everyone he had signed when he hadn't and didn't like the fact that half his contract was TPA and we pulled the contract. If he did end up here he would have been exactly like Kasiano.
True
And didn't he say on the footy show that he hated the dogs
See how good my memory it

I recall some crap he said that was disrespectful

Surely no one on here can claim that they wanted this signing at the time, would be the same as people claiming they didn't want mbye when he re signed

He never even signed a playing contact as someone else said he only signed a memorandum of understanding with a contract amount that wasn't broken down into TPAs. He went and told everyone on social media that he had signed and when he was handed the player contract half the money was on the salary cap and the other half was TPA and he didn't like it so we pulled the deal. So the Bulldogs never even got into a cooling off period with him.
Kinda glad he never ended up here.... complete and utter moron.

His post football life should be interesting given he seems to have the IQ of a concrete slab.

You go me thinking Mr I
The blokes IQ could be a real problem, the media uses it and his manager abuses it.
God help him if it's the case !

He could have gone from best prop in the game to worst half in the game in the blink of an eye!

He really blew it by backing out on that deal with us :p

You may well ask the question "Why isn't Fifita a Bulldog"?

Another question also demands an answer "Why are Kasiano and Eastwood still Bulldogs"?

For sure, Fifita can be a game breaker but on the other hand Kasiano and Eastwood are game bludgers who can lose a game without even trying. Which they have done quite often.

But back to the much maligned Aaron Woods. Woods is an 80 minute player and currently the NSW and Australian front row forward. Not too bad so far. At $800K a season he will cost about $400K a season less than the Gruesome Twosome who won't be here next season.

So what we've got is a State and International front rower who puts in hard for 80 minutes a game who will take the place of two over priced bludgers at a saving of $400K per season.

Not a real bad deal.

He is problematic, great player when there is no drama, but the problem is there is more often drama than not. Just think about the last 3 years and fafita.

Our club had no other choice other than to rip up the contract after his dumb comments.

Haha that's true, don't forget they also had our best No. 1 which we got rid of because of drama. It took 3 years for Barba to get his shit together to win a GF and now he has fucked up again :(

And don't forget he was on the footy show and the idiot said I only signed for the money and saying he hates the bulldogs... How dumb can you be seriously to say that on the footy show and the panels reactions were like what a dumb ass. Shows how he would of played if he went on with it

You cant come back years later because he ended up a good player, and say it was a bad decision by the club. Pretty much everyone in here agreed with it at the time, Fafita was being a dickhead. Since then, why would he want to leave Cronulla to come to us?

Even if Fifita came to the club the only thing that would have changed is he would not have won a GF... He made the right decision which makes him look smarter than most people think! As for the club, please refer to Thurston, Ennis, pritchard, etc, etc, etc... Otherwise known as F'up after F'up after F'up!
