DOES THIS INDICATE DES HASLER'S JOB IS SAFE AT CANTERBURY?

Is this the tweet that indicates Des Hasler’s job is safe at Canterbury?

MORE: The Lurker: Tigers 'Big Four' are all part of Hasler's plan

The Bulldogs, via their official Twitter account, sent out a link to a story on Wayne Bennett pumping up Hasler’s tyres.

The story appeared on Canterbury’s official website on Wednesday afternoon.

"Des has been a long-standing coach and he has a great reputation in the game,” Bennett said.

"He's just going through a tough patch and that's something we all go through."

If the Dogs were planning to shaft Hasler, there is no way the club would endorse him so strongly by promoting such a positive story.

We didn’t see Wests Tigers doing the same before Jason Taylor copped the flick.

Just sayin’…..

As someone stated, I think tomorrow's meeting is about when and how they're going to break the news of hasler being signed for a further 2 more years!
