I wouldnt be surprised if he paid 200k+ for Kemp given his rep last season, he has lied through his teeth here aswell. He would LOVE kemp to go now that NZ has two solid wingers with a good backup (Ah Van).

Thats a chunk of your salary cap gone which you can reinvest in some juniors or offload onto another player.

Would love to see him back, Kemp and Lockyer had an awesome combo going last year. Would be another option for the fullback spot, if not put him on the wing.
