Muscle men: NRL’s strongest players in the gym revealed for season 2017

BULLDOGS

While the Bulldogs have some big men like Sam Kasiano and David Klemmer it’s, 115 kilo prop Danny Fualalo who is the strongest.

The 22-year-old bench presses 150 kilos for three reps, followed by 25 reps of 80 kilos to improve endurance.

Reading the other clubs stats, our numbers look pretty small compared to others

I did 160kg for 6 reps and was on 86 kg.

Scouting combine is currently underway. All college players invited must press 225lb till failure. Kids are smashing out 35 reps

He's stronger, yet no where near as talented as Klemmer and Kasiano.

Lol no natural.
Bench and back was my strongest biceps not so strong.
I had 140 for reps.

Deadlift and squats were strong. Deadlift 260 for 3 and squatted but had lower back issues due to uneven strength in my legs from an ACL operation at 16 years of age (my non kicking leg had the operation, so the naturally weaker one) hence I'd push up a lot more with one leg when doing squats which would fuck my lower back
