8. Thompson
10. Hetherington
11. Elliot
12. RFM
13. Jackson

That starting forward pack carries with it a lot more aggression and intensity than we've had in recent seasons. Hopefully it will breed a more aggressive never-say-die attitude throughout the rest of our team.

Keep the good news rolling dogs! This week is already so much better than the last two for media coverage

Any young kid that can stand toe to toe with JWH and come out on top, and can knock Marty Tupou for 6, is worth taking a chance on, this is one thing we have lacked for years, ruthless off the cuff aggression! He is just a younger, wilder version of Ennis & Grub, so he has all the traits to be a BULLDOG!

Should we give Tolman a buzz and get him back?
No definitely not.
Aside from Hethrington's aggression he's not that unlike most the forwards we have, not quite big enough for a middle role, not agile / dynamic enough for the edge.
Yes he made the highlight reel for getting under JWH's skin, he looked good in one game for the Warriors against the Tigers playing predominantly on an edge.
I just don't think he's the right type of forward for us right now. I personally think we need that bigger body, impact forward who can set more of a platform for the other forwards to piggy back off.

Heard a lot of panthers fans disappointed with letting him go since they just lost Tamou, hopefully he fulfills his potential at the dogs

We ain't a destination club right now so if it's an improvement why not! The Bulldogs brand is a pretty tough sell right now it's a wonder we got Cotric

Totally agree we need to show solid improvement next year. Need to be in the mix for the 8 the whole season. If Barrett can coach and players show improvement. I can see 2022 and 2023 being massive for us

Team is not totally devoid of talent particularly in the forwards good strong foundation in Thompson, hethro, Elliot, rfm, Jackson, Waddell, Ogden, toomaga, Napa, Stimson there is a very young, deep squad with a bright future ahead positive signs for sure
You know what i dont see though... Hard to find an offload or any silky hands..

Hetherington is going to bring the madness!
If only we had the coach conducive to the madness play :p

handy pick up. Not against it at all.
Why did he only play 6 games this year? Injuries?

Not in the Panthers 17, was loaned to the Warriors and got some game time there.

Or a wrecking ball prop its all very one dimensional.
Bunch of hard nosed battering rams with leg speed. RT is probably the only different forward there atm.

Hopefully with Napa's tenure coming to an end we can use his money for that Papali, Paulo type.
