Lol, the way he talks about tactics and strategies has nothing to do with the players he is coaching.....he is always making astute observations about club footy, too. Anyone who works closely with him will tell you he'd one of the best up and coming coaches in the game. Come on, fam. Ciraldo is awful.

I'm not comparing him to Ciraldo, I'm saying I'd hold judgement on Slater until his resume is a bit more extensive than coaching 9 games or whatever it is.

They've all gotta start somewhere. I'd rather someone with fresh ideas than a systems merchant who wants to turn as into a bargain basement version of another team.
