Are there more doors or wheels in the world?

i'd guess doors, but there's alot of not only cars but all kinds of machinery and even non machinery like toys, furniture castors, trolleys, lawn mowers, guitar amps, alot of shit has wheels

and wheels could be alot of other things like mouse wheels, flywheels, etc

Doors. If we were talking about total made then maybe wheels. But it's more common that a wheel would be destroyed than a door when the wheels buckle, or the car is destroyed. Doors get replaced too but not as often.

Plus you have the doors on the car/truck, plus the doors on every house, apartment, garage, toilet, building, tenancy, every fire door in every building, etc. In a stand commercial building on each level you'll have fire doors, riser doors (comms and electrical), doors for tenancies, etc.

Then comes the killer. Walk up to your wardrobe and open the wardrobe door. Walk into the kitchen and open every single cabinet door.

Doors.

Side note, if you don't specify specifically vehicle only, I'm going to work with what I have.

Wheels most cars have 4 doors and 4 wheels and every house has about 10-15 doors so doors easily.

Think of the millions of scooters and bicycles and rickshaws in china. I lived in China for 5 years and the average person owned a bicycle.

I went wheels - my fridge, washing machine and dishwasher = 6, 4 bikes = 8, 3 scooters = 6 and 2 cars = 8 so I’m at 28 wheels before I even look at doors.
