Benji is a slightly more consistent Ben Roberts.

Outside of everything else, Hodko is letting the side down at present. As to if its confidence or an injury concern, I can't really tell.

You can only carry someone as a passenger for so long before other options have to be explored.
SO you would consider the good ol Benji Marshall

Well our resident Hodko fanboy here would pretty much want our entire team to carry passenger Hodko for his entire career. The lovefest he has with him is sickening.

For 2015 i doubt we have any better options, only that Mbye needs to be in the side. We have a time bomb in Reynolds who also happens to play exceptionally selfishly and a passenger in Hodko. Graham, Morris, Lafai, Lichaa and etc have their work cut out for them this season

Benji's playing behind the worst forward pack in the league, hodko's playing behind the best forward pack in the league and still can't create!! Our forwards have to get us down the field and when we get down there they have to create the try's as well.

No we haven't... we only lost 2 games of which one of them we had half of our team (our main strike powers and some of our best players )out... It's not as bad as we are making it out to be...

remember 3 weeks ago we mounted the biggest comeback against the Tigers...

Our halves are out of form, but things are not that gloomy as much as some are making them out to be... People need to chill the Phuck out...
yes, according to the Kennel, every time a player is out of form, we dump him and buy the first available one

Should we go after?

He is better than what we have now.

EDIT: He isnt the best half but on his day can be a weapon.

Marshall victim of Dragons' cash flow problems

The Dragons are offering Benji Marshall to rival clubs – on the quiet.

Benji has another year to go on his rich deal with the club and the Dragons would be happy to see a rival club take him off their hands next season.

The former Tigers pin-up boy has improved his form in recent weeks and took out man of the match honours in the Dragons’ big win over the Bulldogs – but is still struggling in key areas of his game.

Even with the Dragons willing to pay some of his wage, it’s doubtful any other NRL club will be willing to take Marshall off their hands given the big dollars he is on.

The Dragons are still sorting out a salary cap mess from recent seasons and cutting the Kiwi ace loose would free up some much-needed funds.

Club officials know they need to sign new blood to be a force in 2016 – but can’t do so at the moment as they have so little room to move under the cap
Who told you that? He only just got there, no he will never be a Doggy.

I've watched every Dragons game this year and Benji has been much better than Widdop.

Don't write of your halves just yet, being dropped from Origin might be the kick up the ass that they need. Just like Roosters halves last year.

Even the great JT cant do shiit when forwards dont support , so why blame benji for it.

on the other hodko has got no excuses.

With halves who were playing great and got selected for SOO. Since SOO their form in 2015, including the final, and in 2015 has been garbage.

We might have the worst halves in the comp over the last 12 months.
Let's not kid ourselves. Our halves didn't get us to the grand final. A couple of drop goals doesn't make you a Jonathan Thurston type player

If our halves were creating opportunities we should be banking a lot more points against teams and likely wouldn't have to rely on the drop goal in extra time

Don't get me wrong both Hodko and Reynolds deserve the opportunity but expectations to perform don't drop just because you've been there and done that (SOO and making the GF)

For every great cut out pass he throws like he did against us there is 7 in to the 4th row in the crowd. No thanks.
