After a discussion with Graeme today, it has come to my attention that a particular poster has been making posts which are potentially defamatory.
This will not be tolerated.
The Kennel offers a complete apology to Graeme for what this person had posted.
This user has been banned, and all threads in which this poster had participated have been deleted. (I have retained a copy of these posts if they are required by Graeme in the future). This user is a somewhat recent member and had only posted a small number of posts (many of which appeared to follow a particular theme).
This poster was in clear breach of the Kennel terms of use policy.
This persons details are being passed on for consideration of potential legal action.
All users please note the following conditions in the Kennel terms of use.
It is a condition of your use of any Communication Facility and your access to the Network that you do not do any of the following:

The Kennel reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting any materials which violate any applicable or relevant law.
The Kennel reserves the right to cooperate fully with Club (Bulldogs) or the rugby league governing body (NRL) requests to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting, storing or transmitting any materials which may bring the portal, it's members, the game, club, it's players or officials into disrepute.
