Well, that's partly true but respect is a two-way street and when a certain high-profile player within the playing group is getting favourable treatment over other players then you've lost the bulk of the playing group.

I watched part of the presser last week after another Souffffs loss and Cameron Murray was stone-faced while JD, the coach, was talking. CM didn't give a shit about what he was saying and now this week many players pulled out "injured", some legit but many preferring to stay away until JD is gone which will be this week.

When Latrells on the ball I’ll give him credit his impact his second to none. But there’s your issue, your two top strike players in Walker and Latrell have minimal input with a measly three runs from walker tonight with a rookie besides him. The youngster they had at the back tonight looks promising, simple solution latrell to centre his best position.
Souths biggest mistake was releasing Reynolds can’t be a contender without a halfback. Of course we had to loose to these pricks.

I take it most clubs have had similar situations, Bulldogs are no different when Anderson, a club legend, but had clearly stayed on longer than he should have.

As they say everything comes to an end and after a while familiarity breeds contempt. One of our players, who will remain nameless, walked up to Anderson within the club and told him to F off as the mood, like it is at Soufffs now, was toxic at the time.

Anderson did by going the Storm when they started in the comp back in '98.

The worst part was the kick right in front.. that's a weird rule imo the penalty should be played from where the incident took place.

Bit bummed about the Johnson carry on... he's generally one of the honest guys of the game.

If that was in the first half or early in the 2nd half nothing would have happened, including the academy award performance from Johnson who carried on like he'd done an ACL but managed to get up and kick the goal to send the game into extra time.
