If anything, this year's series thus far has shown the importance of a ball playing fullback.
Tabasco and Dyl Eds are all high energy, run first type of Full Backs. Throw in the fact that the the Panther Club style has not worked at Origin level, would suggest that Dyl Eds isn't the next man up.
Personally, as much as I hate his lack of effort at Fullback, Trell Mitt in my opinion, is the next NSW full back.
I would also argue that along with the Panther System not being able to transition to Origin, I would also drop Yeo and put Murray in his place.
I would also be picking players in their position they play at club level and also props to play prop, not back rowers to play prop. 1 to 7 and both back rowers NEED to be 80min players.
This team, I feel, had too many Islanders who cared more for Samoa or Tonga than the NSW Jersey. Whereas QLD, their Islanders and Maoris froth that Jersey as much as their own.
NSW need to bring in blokes, like Jake Turbo or David Klemmer who absolutely love the state (not saying they are the answer or should be selected, just using their passion as example).
In my opinion, the only players guaranteed are Trell Mit, Cam Murray, Damien Cook and Payne Haas. Tommy Turbo ONLY if he returns to 2021 form.
