Rabbitohs members were sent an email which said we had passed the 10000 mark for ticketed/non ticketed members about a week ago.

The other figure is up on the website.

No, im pretty sure that figure is ticketed members only.

With non-ticketed they have over 10,000. They also have no leagues club, so theres no confussion there.

Anyway like Tony said, we shouldn't see this as a compitition. We should hope that every club in Syd can get over 10,000 members.

More NRL members, better off league is

In an article on the Broncos site they say that the membership is around 12,000 for the Broncos.

I dont know if thats this years though. I woudlnt be suprised if our membership is dropping, they're really driving for people to hold onto their memberships this year. Or maybe they just want more. Id get one but alot of our games were night last year, especially friday nights and it would be too difficult for me to get there on time on a friday night. Knowing my luck that'll change this year :p

Can only imagine how Penrith must feel being the worst club with memberships.

That's disgusting from a team that was Premiers 6 years earlier...

Well the NRL has only started taking memberships seriously for the last couple of years and it is building slowly and will take time. The goal is to get all NRL clubs at least to the 10k mark in the next 5 or so years and then we can build strongly from there.

Already this season, alot of clubs have had great starts to their membership campaign and things will get better as the season nears.
