A few others too, if Walsh is back I'm rolling the dice. Fletcher Sharpe I'm considering too on potential but not sure an away game in Perth is the place

Hammer isn't going to work at Origin level and before you say game 1 last year it was against 12 men and qld still only just won and that was despite the barefoot buffoon picking his loveboy Sualli and the worst captain in nsw's history to play 15 minutes

Bula would be extremely tempting but do feel it is the 'not yet' sign. I know his form isn't great but you know what I'd roll the dice on Walsh, still feel he is the best one, Ponga has been terrible the last 5 weeks bar one fluke in Magic Round.
 
It happened to nsw for a decade where qld just had better players to choose from. Now its flipped

It’s their only option to be honest, but they’ll probably stick with Ponga and if they stick with DCE as well then they definitely lose the series.

Slater and his coaching staff aren’t that stupid. Deardon should’ve been their half and will most likely be in game 2.

Thought hammer coz hes already in the side, and plays fb at club level. And is in better form than Ponga this year. And yeh not a lot of other choices, Iongi might be a bit raw, has talent, suspect in defence. Bula same.

Bula isn't suspect in defense, he's one of the best defensive fullbacks in the NRL.

maybe better than Iongi in def but still maybe a bit raw. A bit of a rookie. To play origin as a rookie you have to be outstanding. I wouldnt call him that but he isnt bad. He would also be better than Ponga

No his defense is actually really good. Top 3 defensive fullback in the NRL. His attack isn't good enough though for Origin.
