Hasler easily. The back ended contracts was all about ensuring Des was guaranteed short term success, enhanced his brand and market value. Dib and co were too dumb to see this or knew and aided and abetted Des. All of this to benefit a couple of individuals at the sad demise of our once great club.

More the fact that it was obvious when we signed him that his body had started to fail him.

I love Foz as a player but when we signed him he was worth $450k max.

2015 - manly miss finals and he is ordinary
2016 - plays a few games for parra but then leaves mid year for personal reasons . Looked busted
2017 - handful of games for warriors . Obvious he is busted
2018 - signs with dogs for $1 million plus

The signing defied belief .

Its just baffling that with the same coach at Manly just a year prior he was a fucking wrecking ball.

TRex was easily the most excited I had been been for a mew signing.. i still remember waking up everyday when it was just a rumour waiting for the good news

What a let down he turned out to be.
