A lot of questions with far too little answers. The team is made up of way too many below par players. I won’t name them but we are stuck with them. Why do the dogs look unfit?
Defence looks erratic and once again attack is clunky with no creativity. We are miles apart from the top 10 teams in all departments.

What has happened to the mighty Bulldogs. How the mighty have fallen behind. It’s going to take this organisation many many years to get the roster and junior prospects back to where we once were.

This is the great legacy that dib and hasler has left us with, yep you are correct it's going to take a few years to rebuild.

We finished 11th last year and finished our last 3 games strong..

whats the excuse for going worse this year with the Australian front row, Mbye at fullback, Lichaa running, & Foran doing well in our halves..

We replaced Graham with Woods, Reynolds with Foran.. Lost Kasiano who didnt do much last year anyway

And Pay released Brenko Lee

If anything on paper our team is on par or has improved with the positional changes

There are no excuses for us to be worse than last year

We had our premiership window in 2012-2015. We didn’t take it.

We had a good amount of raw talent mixed with experience. We’re now back in a transition period that most clubs that aren’t breaking the cap go through.

We ain’t got a chance in hell of making a serious challenge this year, the sooner we accept our fate the better. We simply don’t have the cattle to compete with the storm and roosters of the world. Their outside backs hit harder and make more ground than our fwds ffs.

The only worrying sign is us not showing signs of improvement and imo we should reserve judgement on this until at least round 6 at which point serious questions need to be asked.

You are comparing a data set of 26 games vs a data set of 2 games. I wonder what cowboy fans thought after round 3 in 2015 (the year they won), 3 losses in a row, 22 for and 88 against.

Jacko is doing way to much tackling .. He was getting targeted last night .. Not looking himself this year... Could be carrying an injury or simply not coping with being captain... Though much better than last week.. Hope he picks up the form he had last few years... Klemmer getting dominated .. If not for Woods our front row would be going backwards .. Fualolo seemed to be making some good yards... But still we need the rest to pick up the slack... Mbye and Foran playing well and Licha good with his dummy half runs... Just need forwards to lay the platform and give them some space... Montoya in the air defensively was good to watch ..
