RFM off the bench for me.

Jackson and Martin can work out where they play in the backrow.

I would never pick someone for their goalkicking, but fuck, you need a decent goalkicker.

I wouldn't put a back on the bench I'd rather RFM fill in for Tolman off the bench and fulalaluo (can't spell his name right dry) starts in ISP
Agree Fualalo drops back to ISP. We've got Sue too, and he'll be in Pay's top 17.

I doubt we'll go without a bench utility so someone in he side below misses out. Ogden, RFM or Martin I reckon. We've got Renouf and Smith too so a lot of forward depth now (Fualalo too if we need him). Now we just need a decent dummy half, a pacy outside back or two, and plenty of hope that our young or chronically injures halves can fire.

Has CHN really done enough to walk into a starting spot?

I think he & RFM off the bench along with Ogden & Renouf would provide a truck load of impact.

Looking at our options I'm thinking sue will be nothing but a reserve grader for us

Just a thought and don’t be to harsh as I don’t post often, however does anybody think that Martin could be or emulate a Gavin Hill type player and start up front ?? Just trying to think outside the square and use what we currently have.

Obliviously I understand this could change some how but not holding my breath.

17. Sue/Tolman

1. Hopoate
2. Crichton
3. Okenbour
4. Holland

I like your idea but keep Tolman at 8 Klemmer at 10 and RFM at interchange prop

When discussing Martin, there is a divide between his general play and his goal kicking.
For the first 20 odd minutes, I would have Martin on the bench. (Holland to kick).
I think Sue offers more in the area of aggression, and is a better option to start.
Bring Martin on after 20 minutes, against tiring players.

I think the form of Elliot to finish the season gives him first shot at the #13.
Given RFM is coming back from a pretty serious knee injury, he should start from the bench providing us with some impact. I’d have CHN in the #14 covering for any outside backs injuries mid game.

Could Elliot potentially play front row?

If you're using Martin's goal kicking prowess as a factor, and particularly a deciding factor.. remember this.

We need to score a try first.

No way Raymond will miss out on 2019, he will be there with bells on.

Yeah ok fair point,

10. Klemmer
11. CHN

13. Jackson

14. Smith
15. Elliot

Although it is likely that Deano will probably like another big unit on the bench.
