The fact we have a gajillion different members pointing fingers at different players kind of suggests that no one person is to blame, does it not?

Just be grateful we played our first finals in many years and have something to build on.

It's not just one thing or one player. We lost because we have a pretty young squad, which means we have a lack of experience and a lack of discipline. And most importantly, when it got to crunch time our young players choked. Experience will work that out of them.

It was a combination of things. Some little errors, really bad calls. But all in all, we played outstanding.
For a team to be formed from all over the place, to have never actually played together until the start of the season, to have been trolled in the media as being favourites for the spoon, to have changed our number 7 halfway through the season, putting up with the media barrage and a number of injuries…I’m damn proud of where we ended. So maybe instead of us all getting the shits about the loss, we should be celebrating the fact that we got to where we did and blindsided everyone. We gave manly a good run for their money today and had we just pushed a little further we would’ve had them.

I’m not upset we lost, I’m hurt for our boys that we lost.

Consider this 1994. 1995 was ours and 2025 will be ours!
 
it wasnt our day.

so many key moments in the game that cost us the game.

We put on a dominant display for the majority of the game , Manly had an injured turbo , we couldnt let them get out of their own half yet they beat us.

This thread is a reminder of why people shouldn’t be allowed to mate.
 
As much as I'm PISSED off and needing a new 120cm 4K TV, I can lay blame on a couple of players doing silly things and giving away penalties, drop balls etc however there is no point as I didn't expect us to make the top 8, we are a young an inexperienced side BUT we need to learn from this finals game and TRAIN harder and look forward to 2025 and beyond.
Year is over for us, lets take a break, come back TRAIN harder and go one better next year! UP THE DOGGIES hurting and PISSED off and needing a new TV but I still bleed BLUE and WHITE!!!!
