Its pretty clear we missed our Origin blokes, but who did we miss the most. Pick more than 1 if you can't decide

Hodkinson and Reynolds.

We had no direction or creativity when it counted most. We also couldn't finish off a set with a good kick if it was to save our life.

In saying that we did enough to win, and were robbed thanks to once again extremely poor refereeing.

Hodkinson

Kasiano and Eastwood filled in for Rex really well and ran well.

Inu didn't go too badly for Morris.

The thing that ****ed us over (aside from crappy refereeing) was not getting quality balls from Hodkinson to Kasiano or Eastwood or any of our other players, if we had those, Kasiano and Eastwoos both bag doubles close to the line.

His defense was sorely missed too.

Hok and Trex.. Sbw carved us up where last game Trex and Hok shut him down hard.

Same in attack. Those 2 have formed a good combo that produces lots of breaks and we lacked punch tonight.

Hodkos organization and Grahams leadership and skill in last quarter of the game. These two are the key to progression in the finals

Exactly. Mbye played an excellent game but he doesn't have the experience to make the defensive reads that Hodko does.

i thought he was solid early on, but when on the backfoot they were targeting him

Has to be hodkinson. Moses has shown he can fill in at 6 when needed, his kicking game will be fantastic in years to come

Not sure if it was Mbye that wasn't getting into position early enough, or he just wasn't there to take the pass on many sets or Ennis just wasn't looking for him. Maybe Ennis was missing Hokko calls and Mbye was just waiting for it.

Mbye also seemed to be standing a little too deep and telegraphed his passes. Looked like the backs and the forwards trained separately, no cohesion.

We missed them all,
We missed Reynolds freakish plays that lands a try dome how every week, and saves a try,
We missed hodko defence and calming set play direction,
We missed josh Morris speed, defence, and general play,
We missed T. rex, well not as much as I thought we would, but we still missed him,

I tell you what though, I like Mbye grubbed kicks, something missing since Sherwin,

Mbye will be good in a few years, clearly not ready for first grade just yet, but he will be in a year or so.

I liked that little bit of mongrel we saw in Mbye towards the end of the first half. His defense wasn't perfect, he let a few go, but he did pull off some good tackles, so he'll get there.
