Does anyone here actually know? Does Gould have the final say and how much involvement does he have?
Maybe Ciraldo actually wants changes and Gould has other ideas?

What's the difference
We will change the players and run the same crap slow plays anyway

At a slow pace
No1 ever coming under or hitting a hole so we can hit the runner short
Followed by a shit kick where the opponent picks it up and runs the length to score
Or we kick it dead / non contested bomb for the opponent to get an easy 20m tap

Or we can try play mistake free footy like we did for about 5 mins today and make 18m a set with our gummy forward pack follow by our halves having superb accuracy and kicking to their wingers or fullback on the full without them having to move more than a couple of steps
