Some speedsters who initially loved scoring a try before they dried up:
Brett Howland - speed to burn snd always scored for Sharks before joining us and barely doing a thing
Jack Elsegood - had a breakout season in 93 but gradually declined as Hopoate emerged, think a bad injury slowed his progress and he never hit the lofty heights.
Willi Carne - was initially a world beater and I think again it was a bad concussion that spooked and then ruined him.
Sons / who weren't anywhere near as good as their dads/uncles..
Scott Fulton - son of Bob
Don Rogers - son of Steve brother of Matt
Will Hopoate - feel the Mormon sabbatical cost his career big time
Mitchell Pearce - only played for NSW due to his name
Darren McCarthy - son of Bob
Tristan Sailor - son of Wendell
Curtis Sironen - son of Paul
Bryce Cartwright -nephew of John
Lachlan Lewis - nephew of Wally
