I had it done about 18 months ago.
I had to get it pre-transplant to find a healthy heart. I lost half my weight (80kgs) in 3 months. Problem is I lost a fuck load of muscle with that.

I did mine 3yrs ago, dropped from 110 to 74, now sit at around 80-83.. best decision getting it done
