the blokes that say they can do more than 100k'z...not bad, not bad....thats the weight of a car, and more ....hm..

Before u go and press 400kg....

may I suggest doing some Plyometrics...

that way, u'll strength ur leg ligaments and core power, so that there will be minimal damage if anythin goes wrong.

Plyometrics is sed for players recoverin from ACL / MCL / Other knee ligament damage, as well as ankle and hip damage.

Sonny's a friggen pro at it...

i havent trained my quads in 3 months because my knee keeps f'ing up while i do leg extensions, after that i can not do anything else..

I usually ride on the bike for a few minutes to warm up my legs before a leg workout.

The phattest i've ever done is 125kgs. I usually start out at about 50kgs then work my way up. Plyometrics are the way to go for legs, it keeps me from injuring myself whenever i'm active and running, i highly recommend it. My fav exercise would have to be the bench press though, so yeah, 125 is the highest i've gone. My goal was to lift my bodywieght of 96kgs, protein shakes and a healthy diet paved the way for me.

125 is where i'm at now. Aiming to go towards 145kgs or 150kgs, a lot of hard work ahead of me though.
