If you bench over your body weight you are doin well....i bench about 25 - 30kg over my body weight..

40kg`s is the most ive done at GB training. Hate Bench Press!Im crap at weights! Cant use the lame excuse that im a girl when the other forwards in my team are doing 60 Kg or more......! lol

You can use the excuse that you are a girl cause you are one......a very attractive one at that. And 40kgs aint bad for a girl. 60kg is more than some guys do!!!

the most ive pressed was 100kg and that was a year ago. havent benched since lol

i have no idea!!..maybe 0.5 grams? :D

but i can physically carry myself and walk upside down if that counts :D

Whats the one called where you sort of lay back and push it up with your legs? I did like 50/60kg on that a few years ago. Now I doubt I would get anywhere near that, lol. I havent bench pressed anything, lol.

60kg isn't bad for that either...

but its a lot easier to do than Bench press


I bench 162.5pds, and I leg press 330pds.

I heard Utai presses 800 pounds or sumfin!

Bench press just looks to hard, lol. I was like 15 or something when I did it too. Wouldnt be able to do it now though, lol.

Judging by the size of his legs I believe it, lol.

My mate was just tellin me...utai presses close to 600kg => around 1300 pounds...

Well...if u think thats impossible, here are some stats from Ronnie Coleman

160 lbs shoulder press, 800 lbs squats, 2250 lbs leg press, 495 lbs bench press and 75 lbs arm curls.
