I think it's attitude.
That's actually a really good point.

James Tedesco is an example of a player whose worked hard on and off field to better his game.
Ben Barba on the other hand, just had natural talent (and was an absolute freak).

On the other hand you have guys like Moses Mbye who have struggled to remain consistent. That said Mbye has always struggled to find "his position".

Speaking of Mbye, Bailey Biondi-Odo and Jake Averillo need to be careful as their career could take a similar trajectory.

Not sure about mbye to be honest.
He comes across as intelligent and good attitude.
He just might not have what it takes.
He might just be one of those guys who just simply isn't good enough.
