What bank do you use?

Im looking at opening a new bank account (Savings) in aus any advice to which is best and why ?

If that's what you're after then go with NAB. If you have a savings account they don't charge you monthly fees that has no conditions. ANZ, CommBank and Westpac all have conditions (minimum amounts in the account).

I use st George/Westpac but I don't think they are really that good?

Im with Nab. I find that name very apt.

Every time I go to buy something and they ask me "is that Savings?" I always jokingly reply with "yeah I'm trying to". Lol
7/10 will get a laugh out of it.
The other 3 have no idea about comedy.

Use ING. They have no overseas transactions and no atm fees.
No point going with big 4 for savings

In my experience it is hard to use banks, mostly they just use you.

Bendigo seems to have a good name though.

My ex is a sperm bank if that helps, no charges either she takes it willingly :laughing: just watch out as you won't be the only one making deposits.

I don't pay fees for anything.... personal, savings, business...... NAB for me... though I do need to compare interest to see if I can make more on the cobwebs in my savings acc
