Nobody can remember the name.

I think it's got something to do with snow (avalanche?), the jelly baby inside was supposed to be an explorer stuck in ice.

I remember those too, but can't find them so her s something else!
I remember getting Boska iceblocks that were a cheap version of paddlepops but can't find them either
