A bit of Punchbowl history.
Back in the 1980s the local Mr. Whippy suddenly was surrounded by cops with guns drawn in Victoria St just off Punchbowl Rd one Sunday afternoon.
It turns out he was selling more than just ice cream out the back of his truck...
