A slogan that entered the Australia lexicon, as code for going for a pee. I recall my dad announcing to myself and my mates, that he was "going for a tosca", during a game at Belmore. :tearsofjoy:
 
Always something being brought around... or taken away - the paperboy, the milko, the baker, fruit & veg truck, the soft drink truck, Mr Whippy... and the garbo and dunny man.
Milko....we used to jump in the back between stops and jump out when old mate wasn't looking and help ourselves to Mooves....naughty boys were. Miss those days.
 
I couldn't find a picture but does anyone remember "Zaks" chocolate bars?
Also, remember the chocolate umbrellas and cigarettes you could get from the Paragon restaurant in Katoomba.

Those chocolate covered orange biscuits in orange foil wrappers? ( precursor to Tim Tams?)

Was addicted to them :grinning:
