which players position are under threat in 06

also how long would the half combination go for (un terms of rounds) if it doesnt work. would you give it 6-10 rounds if we are having poor performances or is 06 gonna be another write off.

wat bout hughes do you think he is safe or he could be dropped.

he has the right surname not to be dropped.

and if sherwin has the same sort of year in 06 as he did this year would he be dropped.

to me the only certainties are our front rowers and elmagic.

if players dont show they are up for the grade in 06 there should b a mass exodus
dont care if your name is sherwin or utai or myles.

you need to show form and this year the only people who have show form are omeley asotasi and elamgic

so

patten phelps sherwin perry hughes myles armit and co should all be on notice.

and even bigger

mason and SBW if they dont show what they are worth they should b put in line by folkes

Corey Hughes should be replaced with a wheelie bin.

Corey Hughes
Brent Sherwin
Andrew Ryan - Emergence of Nate
Willie Mason to some extent - Emergence of Nate
The No.3 centres position will be open until a lethal combo is formed with elmagic.
Patten is pretty safe, although there are some things he can't do properly he's still a champ. Cutler will be breathing down his neck, so he must be on his game at all times.
Daniel Holdsworth - his position is by no means gauranteed, Marv should be pressing for a shot aswell next year.

A couple of bench spots are up for grabs aswell.

Holdsworth has a better chance and has played a few first grade games already but that doesnt mean he is going to be brilliant for the Bulldogs

Karawana might be able to fit into the side better.
but after a long summer of watching cricket and after the WCC then we will know for sure.

I just hope there aint any off season injuries or drama's

Corey Hughes - Replaced by Irvine on the bench

Other options may include

Karawana in the centres perhaps seeing as he is playing there in PL this week will give us more attacking opportunities in the backline

Cutler pressing for the fullback spot from Patten

Armit after such a consistent year deserves to be on the bench again next year as he wont let anyone down

Brad Morrin is another bloke who could press for a bench spot if some blokes are not performing.

All I know is that we are going to have a strong squad for 2006
