The policy on drone engagement was changed under the Trump administration. Terrorists that used civilians and public places to hide found it much harder to absconder. Obama pussy footed around with the rapist, murderers, human rights violator's, Trump drew a line in the sand. I wouldnt give too much credence to statistics as anyone killed who were unidentified were deemed enemy combatants. Any government that harbors terrorism must bare the blame for those "innocent" deaths.

Nah. The statistics were pretty solid. In the first 6 months, drone strikes under Trump killed more civilian casualties than under Obama for his full 2 terms. After Trump received that information he rescinded Obama's bill that forced the US military to report civilian casualties.
