Trump has again tried to get people to take him seriously by showing off his new immigration facility to reporters. He calls the Florida detection centre "Alligator Alcatraz" as part of the facility security is that it's surrounded by Alligators.

There's reports that Trump is angry that they couldn't replace them with Sharks with laser beams.

The good stuff.

Miami council just decided not to have an election this year. Something about aligning with federal elections in even years. The fact that term limited incumbents exceeds their term doesn't seem to be an issue.

So who cares right?

Well this is gunna be legally challenged and the courts are all hard Reps. So the challenge will be unsuccessful. So what then? SCOTUS. Now if they knock that appeal down then we have a legal precedent to just decide not to have elections.

Listening to Penny Wong about the fact that TPT has found ways to “avoid meeting “with our Prime Minister. Says we have a strategic alliance with them. Did have a sly dig at the tariff situation though. Sometimes politicians think they are more important or relative than they actually are.
