I'm not. That was the claim of the Supreme Court, that's why Biden stipulated that there is no guilt attached to these pardons. So that supercedes the Supreme Court's suggestion .

Looks like I wasn't entirely accurate in my original statement on the Supreme Court saying it's an admission of guilt. It was their opinion that someone could reject a pardon to avoid admission of guilt.

Later a federal appeals court stated that accepting a pardon is not an admission of guillt because the language the SC made was too broad.
