I guess debating isn't Tim Walz's strong suit. Didn't watch the debate, but apparently, he made a few massive gaffes.... including saying Iran when he meant Israel, and saying he had become friends with numerous school shooters, instead of families of victims.

Missed those parts myself. I caught pieces of the debate and he definitely started a bit rough, but finished really strong. Had a few rambles though. Kept speaking too fast as well and that resulted in a few small mix ups.

Vance was great as far as delivery goes. Most of his answers were well articulated and well delivered, but he really dug into straight up lying Trump style, even to the point that he suggested that Trump didn't have an issue with the 2020 election. And he had this weird thing occasionally when they asked him a question, he would go on about something else until his time was almost up, then he'd say, "You asked a question so I'm going to answer it", then he wouldn't answer it. I think his worst part was when he was asked about Child Care issues and he went on about how tariffs will stop corporations from hiring people overseas to carry out work. A moderator asked what it had to do with Child Care and you could just see that he had dug himself into a hole that he didn't know how to get out of.

Overall I think the debate was good for both. Really friendly debate and they generally agreed on most things. At one point I thought they were going to hug. But I don't think either really won the debate and I don't think it will sway anyone. But it was refreshing to see a friendly debate after watching the last two Presidential debates where they just abused the hell out of each other.

Not going to lie, I really enjoyed Harris baiting Trump because it really was a dose of his own medicine. Refreshing to hear the VPs actually kept it civil, though. It's the way it should be.

Trump "we are going to make Israel great again"

Bibi will be desperate for Trump to get elected so he can get 'Murica to do all his dirty work.
