I bring you Mark Walters. Owner of the LA Dodgers. He's also the CEO of Guggenheim Partners, and investment company that focuses on investment. Fairly diversified investment company. Fingers in a lot of pies. Whats so scary about this?

So - Guggenheim earlier this year went into partnership with xAI, TWG Global and Palantir to develop AI tools for the financial services industry. Again, not a big deal you would think right? Wrong.

Appears Palantir (who have been clear their AI tools are about one thing and one thing only, identifying behavioral aspects and using them to benefit their customers) and Guggenheim have their fingers in a few other projects. Now if you know the interactions Palantir have with the CIA, FBI, DHS, Police and others, think you get an idea of where this can go to. Again, not too big a deal right? Wrong.

Walters has just announced a new program for Dodgers fans. Become a member and provide a photo, AI will use facial recognition to assess whether you're a member of not and you can avoid the turnstiles and walk straight in. And this AI is provided by.... Palantir.

So once registered, via facial recognition, you can be identified anywhere and everywhere you go. Every aspect of your behaviour can be recorded within the crowd and databased. Who you are and what your online presence determines can be linked together with your presence in the field through Palantir. So by walking into a baseball field, who I am and everything about me is available to someone at the click of a button. Lets take this a step further.

So to provide a broad concept of how this could work - I could go online and suggest TACO is a turd. Any links to the real me will be assessed and hypothetically, if a website shares my email details that comment can be attributed to me personally. Probably good on TK but say FB, YT, X etc., who regulates the privacy of their databases? No one. The linkages into federal databases will provide a total summary of address, work etc etc. From there, my image can be added to a find database where anywhere I go, i can be tracked. Even flying is out now with RealID. All my associates can be determined. And if the govt determines at any time they do not like my comment, I and everyone I know can be rounded up and gulag'd or whatever. This is becoming real big brother shit.

So Walters is going to help collect info for Palantir via his sports connections. Imagine my surprise when I discovered a number of other sports teams have signed up. And not just sports teams, believe it or not, Wendys has signed up. VIP at Wendys, got to get a photo ID for that. Boom - another piece of the puzzle for Palantir. And I'm sure there are others. Won't be long before every piece of your commercial and recreational life is a piece of data that Palantir has access to.

The US is rapidly becoming a place I will not return to.

Inevitable, been coming a while now.
Was hoping it wouldnt be in my life time but its ramped up exponentially.
I dont have kids so it doesnt weigh on me, I excepted years ago it was coming.
I just try and bury my head in the sand and to the best of my ability watch what I do online.
But I dont have any control or power over my privacy and would be a fool to think I do.

Got on public transport yesturday. With all the cameras I was wondering how many years away it will be with face recog, cameras etc Id see a fine in the mail if I didnt buy a ticket:tearsofjoy:.

This texas flood stuff is just getting damn tragic.

The mystic cabins where all the girls died. It was built literally on the river bed as mapped. In 46 states of the US, that is illegal and would never be allowed to be built. Guess which state is one of the exceptions.

Apparently DHS (which has control over some search and rescue resources) had a new regulation brought in by Kirsty Gnome. Any expense over $100k cannot be agreed to without personal signoff by the gnome. The floods were on Friday. Fed funded search and rescue was deployed on Monday. Coz the gnome signed it off on the Monday.

Why the delay? No one knows. But what is known is that Kirsty Gnome on Saturday posted something to her X. Which outfit would look best for the portrait on the governors wall thats going to go up where she was governor? Three different shots in different outfits of her riding horses. FEMA announced they were bringing in the big guns for search, rescue etc. as TACO had signed off on it. That was on the Tuesday. 5 days after the event.

I believe Texas has the highest per capita gun ownership in the US. Be interesting if they finally wake up.

An expense over 100k could simply be adding a new employee

Their aim is to make sure government doesn't work, so they can justify deregulation, less taxes, and libertarianism

They're fucking scum that are willing to let people suffer so they can amass wealth and treat everyone else as slaves
 
And just because u reckon MAGA aren't stupid - feel free to google up Hetero Awesome Fest (as in festival) in Boise Idaho and check it out yourself.

Apart from the alphabet people who bombed it, sort of talking only dozens of people but it was telecast. Big macho type thing. Anyways, dude is booked for a performance on stage (remember this is broadcast) and asks if there are any military here? Gets a few yes. Makes a comment about whether its ok to wear his uniform and pulls out his Rangers cap, someone in the crowd gives him a denim jacket with badges, puts it on and away he goes.

The song is called 'Boy'. Takes about 10 seconds to work out its about a dude who dresses as a woman. Dude is obviously a real performer, sings ok and its very macho country. You can tell the dude cannot believe he's getting away with this, he's trying hard not to crack. Especially when about half the crowd are dancing along.

So the broadcasters after about 90 seconds work it out and go to an 'ad break'. Some dude goes up to grab the mike stand. Which is fine. Except another bigger dude goes the first dude because he's fckng with the performer. Next thing you got about half a dozen dudes throwing handbags. Meanwhile someone else has told the performer to fck off and he's leaving the scene, happy as a lark. Meanwhile, the melee continues.

Eventually the big dude who jumped in finds out what actually happened and cannot stop apologising. The first dude and his mates tell him to fck off. And so the video ends.

I just think it is hilarious that he is not an American born “real American “. I thought Donald didn’t like people who weren’t “ real Americans” To be honest never heard of this bloke before but guessing we will hear plenty from now on. Sounds like a fruit loop from the few clips I saw today.
