I told you all TREX should be picked for Origin a few weeks back and the thread got closed.
Here it is again.
He is the inform forward in the NRL.

Nope. NSW backrow depth is solid

He is playing up to the standard at the moment that saw him selected. Unfortunately the back row is one area the blues have strength and depth on

Origin should be the last thing on his mind. He needs to repay the club for the crap he has dished up in the past + try and get himself a new deal by playing consistently.

3 great games. I'm eating my words.

I'd urge the Dogs to sign him to 1 year deals with a 1 year option in our favour.

2 things have contributed to his form reversal

1. Playing for a contract
2. Not playing 80 minutes.

No 1 shows he has questionable character, No 2 shows Des is a stubborn pr!ck.

I think the club should offer him a 1 year contract for a 300k. He has proven we can't go long term, needs to be given incentive to play well.

If another club offers more than best of luck to him.

TBh he probably would go well. He plays well when motivated, and origin would motivate him. BUT...we want less, not more players playing in that dead rubber match. Imagine losing a player for a long spell due to a nothing match. Sadly we wont be able to stop Klemmer and Jackson playing in it, but the upside with those 2 (unlike both mozzes and Trex) is they arent injury prone.
