A new coach can’t do anything about fitness either. There might be a slight improvement but not much.

Wouldn't worry about that, Panthers cant afford Burton back or Kimau to stay.

still better than sticking with Baz. We just need a change for the sake of change, Baz going that bad. I'd be going Shane Flanagan tho personally. I'm not really a fan of any of the other names floating around.

Brent Read has just stated meetings to take place early this week and has suggested Barrett has coached his last game for us.
He said it's not concrete that he is gone, but is certainly leaning that way.

Watch them upgrade his contract. lol

Very true. If Ciraldo got the head gig for 2023 I don't think it would matter who took the reigns at this point as the season is done. All I hope is that Ferris and all the support staff are moved on.

Attitude is a element but it’s pretty obvious our physical conditioning is terrible and well behind other clubs.

Ciraldo has no head coach experience, so is a huge risk. I would prefer Flanagan also, but that would also mean Kyle stays.
