It’s mindset, look at QLDs coaching staff, Smith, Thurston and Slater, absolute competitors - at origin level, they’re all quality players - it’s broadly about igniting the fire, hunger and passion that sets them apart imo. Fittler is a hippie void of any inspiring commentary

Err wut? He gave 1 penalty for a 50/50 flop. He was marginally late.
