Yeah turned out alright. I've made pasta from scratch before as i said it just fiddly and time consuming. I just really felt like Bolognese so i bit the bullet lol.

No I didn't charge out & buy heaps at once, if I saw some, I bought a packet.

Have no pasta, rice or sugar though.

Worst comes to worst I can post some for you, just let me know.

PS make sure your meds are stocked too, I'm sure your hospital posts out scripts like St Vincent's does.

I love making Gnocchi but you need a good potato ricer. Mine broke a while back and haven't bothered getting a new one.

I had to make my own pasta from scratch because i couldn't get any. It's just fiddly and time consuming as to why I don't like doing it but i needed it for my Bolognese i wanted.

Sounds good. Sauces I’m comfortable with from scratch. I’ve tried pasta and other more consuming tasks, and for amount of effort I just thought never again. I guess we have more time now!! I need some inspiration on a new dish to cook
