I’ve heard several coaches talk about coaching towards players strengths. I think Barrett has come in with a model in mind and certain players aren’t up to it. Jackson a prime example, he had never been a ball playing lock. Having him as the the link chain and throwing bad passes is putting the rest of e backline under pressure.
Players that are constantly trying to be players they aren’t. Trying playing away from there strengths creates fatigue hence our falling out of games....
He needs to change tactics, needs to coach less if you know what I mean. He needs to adapt to the team
