If it were a dogs player
A he would have been sin binned
Or
B a penalty try would have been awarded

And then

He would have been charged and would have missed the grand final

There should be a rule where Grade 1 charges don't take you out of finals games. Before anyone says every game should be treated on its merit it's not like we treat the final 5min of a game like the 75min before it.

I'm sick of us getting to the end of the year and dealing with the same scenario of the game's best players missing out when it counts most. I didn't just watch 30 weeks of this shit to see a team make the Grand Final and not be able to play a fully fit star player for something so small.

This is coming from someone that thinks Slater is a deadset grub.

So happy this happened because I would hate to see everyone miss 2 games over such an innocuous thing.

He didn't intentionally shoulder charge, he was running to cover the play and they collided. People being outraged about this are being really ridiculous and I am sure no one actually wants our game to actually suspend players for similar things in the future. What a laugh if they do.
