Too me the whole movement is mud now. I don't understand why corporates haven't clued on, but I fell the tides turning.

the whole BLM thing is too racial.
I repeatedly hear that whites should be on the negro's side because 'everyone can get behind police brutality and it affects everyone' so why make it again the blacks only? Of which they have done a crime.
Deracialise the movement and more people will get on board.
I've seen more innocent whites get brutalised than blacks on these videos. The blacks that are victims usually agitate the situation some way. The white kid who got shot in Vegas was trying his best to comply.
the cop who unloaded into the kid got off on the basis of 'don't hate the player hate the game' and that the cop just followed protocol.
How police deal with things needs some reform but it's a circus atm.
I'm cool with killing the blacks who deserve it, slot run their mouth, but innocents should not be killed.

To me only innocent lives matter, but that's rayciss somehow too...

The term itself obviously isn't racist but it was picked up by racists which is why people hate it. It generally goes like this:

Black person - "my unarmed wife was shot and killed by police and the officers were never charged. Black Lives Matter"

White supremacist - "screw you. All Lives Matter"

It's basically akin to walking up to a widow at a funeral and saying, "stop crying. Everyone dies"

most of the people who use it are people who are still pissed off that they lost the civil war and the right to own black people, all those confederate monuments that they put up are done recently well after the fact so you know they still are representing

thats what i think the make america great again thing is subtly referring to, saying that america was great when there was slavery and giving people hope that it can once again happen

What you just said is actually (sincerely) quite profound.

The western concept of sovereignty of the individual is a christian judeo value and one of the founding blocks of society as we now know it.

Part of the BLM movement beef is the policing.

Apparently some US Police depts only require a 12-14 week training program and you get the situation where a bad cop gets ousted and goes to the next door county police dept plus they have layers and layers of policing structure. Nothing like here for example and they are also increasingly becoming para military type forces.
