Just looking over some stats and noticed our new front row rock is better than our old 1.

i dont know how accurate these stats are and if price and roy have played the same amount of games but it reads like this

roy

179 hit ups
1627 meters gained
24 off loads

vs

price

159 hitups
1468 meters gained
10 offloads

also roy is 8 years younger.

and whoever think roy should move to the bench when we are at full strength is missing sumthng upstairs.

he had back to back 200+ meter games starting the past 2 weeks and got high tackle counts.

this week his meters and tackels where slightly down but still heaps impresive.

this guy is a machine and want work. start him and leave him on.

this guy should not be wasted on the bench like last year where he would only have 10 hit ups a game.

give him 10 hit ups he gives up 100 meters

give him 25 and you have half the goforward from the whole team combined

the good thing to come out of our injury crisis is that asotasi has developed nicely into a starting front rower

full strength bulldogs pack
8. Mark O'Meley
9. Adam Perry
10. Roy Asotasi
11. Sonny-Bill Williams/Willie Mason
12. Andrew Ryan
13. Tony Grimaldi
INTERCHANGE
14. Sonny-Bill Willams/Willie Mason
15. Reni Matuia
16. Corey Hughes
17. Nate Myles/Chris Armit

:D im salivating at the thought of what Roy Boy would do with some decent back up

this was always going to be his year. last year he was an impact player of the bench but this year he has torn it up. I am so happy for him. I hope he stays with the club for 10 years!!!!

There is no doubt that Roy is a gun. Hopefully we keep him for life.

Those stats are not up to date, they have included Roys game from last night but Pricey didnt play yesterday so he has a game less then roy.
