Not alone at all, but its a match up nightmare for Spurs because most of the good teams have an all star playing the PF/C position - ie. Warriors - KD, Pelicans - AD, OKC - PG or Adams, Clippers - Harris etc... makes it more difficult for Aldridge when he doesnt have an anchor behind in at the C spot. There was a stat I saw that when Aldridge scores 20+ Spurs win 100% of the time. Makes sense because that's pretty much his break even point.

Not hating, it's just fact. I think this is the root cause of their problems.

I'll admit it's so weird looking at the standings and Spurs not being in the top 6. Doesn't seem right.

I think with the Suns you just gotta let them figure it out themselves and grow organically as a basketball team.

Veteran presence only works for a team that is young and in a position to win - for example 76ers.

Since my last rant about how shite the spurs were we went 5-1 on our 6 game home stretch (that fkn loss to the bulls after leading by 20 odd at half time!!!)
Beat Philly, Minnesota and Phoenix by 30 and beat Clippers n Magic by 40 holding them ALL under 100pts.
We lead the league in 3pt%, free throw% and avg the least turnovers.
Should've beaten rockets today but our away form is dog shit!
I still think we'll miss playoffs but at least we are playing team ball now rather than isolation mid range for DeMar and LA.
Forbes, Bertans and Belinelli are killing it from 3 and Poetl improving every game.
Gay's dunks are pretty savage too haha!
