The Bulldogs have completed a double dose of misery over Wests Tigers by signing Samoan international Sauaso Sue.

Just hours after beating the Tigers in a major upset, the Bulldogs have snapped up Sue, a veteran of 100 games for the joint venture and 10 Tests for Samoa.

Sue, 26, came off the bench for the Tigers against his new club in last night’s game.

His signing comes as a great boost for the battling Bulldogs, who have seen their roster decimated by the salary cap saga

Kiwi born Sue won an NYC premiership in 2012 before becoming a regular first grader in recent years.

He will help plug the gaps in the Bulldogs pack left by Aaron Woods and other players who are likely to follow as the club tries to balance the books.

Not bad.
I guess he will be prop/lock for us probably off the bench.
I thought Danny F ran hard last night and zero errors!! Good game for Danny.

Didn't we just sign and release a Tiger? Hope he will fire up as he's been a bit quiet this season

yeah dunno…. I guess we need more impact of the bench but the longer we go on without signing a centre I get more and more nervous.

Our potential middle forward options next season are now Klemmer, Jackson, To'omaga, Ogden, Elliott, Tolman, Fualalo and Sue. Our forward pack should be reasonably strong next season as long as we get them them fit enough and Pay gets his rotations sorted.

Good signing. Wouldn't be expensive and runs hard with good defense

Good backs (meaning they can also defend) are rarer so it will take longer

Wanted the dogs to grab him this year.
If we can sign brian kelly or that opacic centre from broncs to flll jmoz spot that would be nice
