Antonys goal was great, was a tough day with him not receiving a lot of quality ball but he brings quality that the likes of Rashford are sorely lacking.

What a freak Haaland is. 14 goals in 8 PL games.. Foden is a great player in his own right but is overshadowed by his higher profile teammates at times.

It's a bad loss for United in a derby, no doubt.. But United did beat Arsenal not that long ago and have recovered well after a shocking start to the season til this game..

I'm sure they'll bounce back in the next few games. City can do that to most teams on their day. You guys just have to flush this one, learn from it and move on..

We dominated that half.

Evertons goal was just a really good shot from outside the box.

Antony getting his third goal in three games, and he looks a danger every time he is on the ball and 1on1 with the defender. Would like to see him back himself and run at the opposition more though.

Casemiro needs to play every game, we haven't done him any favours by continually putting him in and out of the side. He loos good but has a few errors which honestly look nothing more than rust. His passing game is very underrated though, he got a great assist for Ronaldos goal, and he has broken the press with a few passes.

Ronaldo is looking pretty good so far as well. Nice finish for his 700 club goal.

Take the 3 points and move on in an extremely busy month, 9 games we play in October, didn’t need martial injured that’s for sure

Antony is still playing within himself at the moment, which speaks volumes considering he has scored every in every game. Once those partnerships on the field start to form he will go to another level. Looks really good so far, and if he continues this way then money well spent.

I cant believe he is injured again, only lasted 30 odd minutes. Ronaldo can’t play every game, so I think he will start to see Elanga play more often.

Newcastle might end up being the most challenging for us. We always struggle against Saint-Maximin and Almiron. We struggle with how direct they are, but now with Martinez and hopefully Varane at the back we should be able to handle it.

We need to make light work out of the midweek fixture. They aren’t a great side but we need to come out swinging so we can rest players in the backend of the game. Hoping for some rotation.

Elanga ain’t good enough, out depth will be tested before World Cup that’s for sure

Its almost like a mini season between now and the world cup, the table will really take shape after it restarts. Injuries will happen like you said and a lot of teams dont have great depth this year.
