And No point signing a cdm if Pogba leaving
Whole point of signing one so Pogba can do his thing
What do you think our formation will look like with a CDM?

Clearly we want to free up Bruno and Pogba, and play a lone striker.

4-1-4-1 perhaps?

Maybe a 4-1-2-3
Have the 2 fullbacks in wan bissaka and shaw push a bit in attack
And rashodord sancho drop a bit in defence

I think the intention is for a midfield 2. I also have my doubts as to whether Ole is planning to keep Pogba.

Camavinga has a great defensive skill set (more so than attacking), hence he may be the midfield that sits while Bruno and Pogba interchange.

I hope Sancho and Camavinga if the deal goes through are both given time. Sancho is only 21 and whilst his output has been world class, he still looks a bit raw at times, he has a lot of room to grow still. Camavinga is a very matured footballer for his age but at 18 he will get exposed in the middle as every kid his age does, he needs patience and time to grow as well. Both have world-class potential and will be positive impacts but the fans need to stick by the young lads.

Done well if you get them both mate. Done very well. But as you say, long-term prospects and need time to find their feet in the EPL. Will you give it to them? Doubtful as they'll be or are BIG money signings so it's natural to expect immediate results.

Will really test Ole and his managerial skills if I'm honest. Will be an interesting one to watch.

Positive of the England loss:

Hopefully won't see McGuire et al partying in Greece to the point they're facing jail time.

Part of me wanted them to win, but the other part of me is saying "suck shit"

Sancho medical done, announcement to happen this week.

Official bid for Varane to be put in this week too, it seems there's a 5million pound difference between Madrid's asking price and United's potential offer. Madrid still desperately trying to keep Varane.

Rashford going into surgery for his shoulder and will be out for 12 weeks

The club has hinted at a 3rd high profile signing (other than Sancho and Varane), it's assumed it's Camavinga but not sure as Camavinga's preference is either PSG or Madrid
If we sign Varane, hopefully us. Pogba, Martial (at least for now), Varane and Cama.

He will get game time with us - cannot say the same for PSG. FML - they are absolutely STACKED.

FW: Mbappe, Icardi, Neymar, Di Maria, Draxler

MF: Herrera, Wijnaldum, Rafinha, Verrati, Gueye

DF: Ramos, Kimpembe, Marquinhos, Hakimi, Bernat, Kehrer

GK: Donarumma, Navas

Update on camavinga , increasingly looking unlikely, he only wants Barca or madrid
