Soccer The Gunners Super Thread

about time we scored a goal, should really be 2-3 goals up by now

just seen the penalty we got given against west ham, contact was outside the box and it should of been a free kick not a penalty.

the standard of the refs and var in the premier league is garbage

Title is Arsenal's to win, would be absolutely embarrassing if you lot bottle it again considering the depth and defensive stability you lot have. Practically a free run at the title.

early days but yh no excuses for arteta to not win a trophy this season

Id say "How bout them Gunners".... but we all know its way too early and we will buckle when its the business end of the season.

positive is we've beaten 3 teams, newcastle, west ham and fulham that we've dropped points against last season.

downside is we're still relying on set pieces to win games.

gonna be a 3 way tussle for the title this season with city going under the radar

Arsenal have only conceded 3 goals in 8 games. Defence like that wins you titles. That combined with the set pieces makes them very tough to beat.

It may be ugly, and it's like the George Graham Arsenal sides, but if it gets them a title then it's worth it.

Arteta's tactics are like prime Stokelona with Mark Hughes on a bigger budget.

Is it true we havent even conceded a shot at goal for 3 straight games?
