Interesting one in that race was Alonso when he dialled the car right up. Set a 1:40 which would put his car up there with the Mercs.

ferrari are quicker so red bull must not be left hanging for ferrari to pick them off with an undercut pitstop

its going to be hard for red bull to win this race in any situation, my recommendation would be to tell verstappen to back off slowly and try to give ricciardo about 4 or 5 seconds, but that is extremely dangerous to pursue

they have given up a win to give the golden boy a chance at victory, their best opportunity was to slot him in on a 3 stop right behind ricciardo to protect him for the 3rd stop, now ricciardo is exposed and ferrari have him sandwiched
