SA actually have a poor preparation too, like us they went straight from a test series into an ODI series (like us got flogged) & than into a T20 series, i guess they playing at home so the conditions will obviously suit them. Having said that, south africa is most likely the closest thing we will get to our own pitches while playing overseas. They haven't beaten us in a test series at home for like 48 years, which is quite remarkable given the quality teams they have fielded for quite some time now.
