pakis had more chance to win a game that series than England ever did

from memory they needed 150 odd runs to make in one innings to win and the collapsed or may be it was to bat out one session with plenty wickets in hand to draw and they ended up losing that game.

England cant even bowl aussies out, atleast pakis did in couple of games.

Steve smith is ridiculous, no wonder his rated best bat in the world! Absolute beast, to bat like he did yesty and today to drag out a draw with extreme patience was unbelievable! Warnern marsh did their parts also, hats off to them

People used to say a certain west indies batsman by the name of brian lara had a very strange and unorthodox technique too :smirk:

I am a bit. I was mentally ready to go.

And then BAM, they changed the traditional start dated of 3 Jan to 4th. Nobody from Cricket Australia called me.

Me too. I was out running errands all day (one of the joys of running your own small business).

I listened to a bit on the radio, and only got home with about half an hour to go.

    What a catch .

I'm calling another innings victory. Poms won't get to bowl on day 5.

England all out - probably a good hundred runs short of what they needed.

Australia in front (not in "control" just yet).

If Uzi had failed here, I think it would have been time to strike a line through his name to say "never to play for Australia again".

Yeah he was well overdue for a decent score, i think bancroft could be pushing shit up hill to get a plane ticket to south africa unless he gets a decent score in the second innings.
